F.A.Q.

What industries do you coach?
I’m not limited to any specific industry and don’t have to be an expert in your field to coach you effectively. I’ve coached lawyers, movie industry executives, entrepreneurs, engineers, young people at the start of their career, senior people looking ahead to retirement, senior financial executives, not-for-profit executives, government employees, to name a few.
Where do we meet?
We generally meet over Zoom, although I can use any commonly available platform. I have been coaching people around the world virtually for years, and I find that Zoom provides a private space that works well.
How do we get started?

We start with a complimentary 20-minute discovery session over Zoom to see if we are a good fit. I will learn more about what you would like to achieve in a coaching program, and you will learn more about me. For coaching to work well, it’s important there is a connection between the coach and the client. You may have found a sense of connection with me by reading my website. There may be something there that resonated with you and has encouraged you to move forward with a discovery call.

If we decide to move forward, the next step is to have a 60- – 90-minute session where we delve in-depth into your coaching goals and what you would like to achieve. From there, I create a personalized development plan for you. The length of your coaching program will depend on what you are looking to achieve. Generally, the program runs six months to one year, but it can be longer or shorter depending on your needs. I have worked with clients who only required a three-month program, while at the same time, I’ve been working with others on and off for several years. Sessions are typically one hour but can be shorter or longer depending on your needs. We generally meet every two – three weeks.

How much does Coaching cost?
We will discuss my fees in our Discovery call.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24-hour notice to cancel a session; otherwise, the session fee is payable.
What happens if we get started, and I find myself in a situation where I can’t continue with my coaching program?

For coaching to work, it requires a commitment from the person being coached to prioritize themself and their goals and do the work required. However, life happens, and you may find yourself in a situation where it’s not possible to continue with your coaching.

The client is the one who drives the relationship and will always have the option to end the coaching relationship with no obligation for future sessions.
